Digital Auto-Calibration
Due to wear of components, age and other factors, all digital scales require periodic recalibration. This Jewelry Scale has a built-in auto calibration program. This program is a relatively simple 20-second procedure. (You will receive the weights for calibration).
Tare Function
TARE subtracts the weight of a container or tray from the reading on the display, so that you can obtain the weight of its contents. Place an empty container on the platform, press tare button, the display will reset to "0" (this can be repeated many times)
Counting Function
The Add-Up function is similar to a counting feature. If you have a number of items to be weighed, you can use one item as the base weight, set the counting function and then place any number of items on the tray and the scale will tell you how many are on the tray.
